My approach for helping you
1. OUR PHONE CALL
When you call me, that conversation usually lasts anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour or more. The purpose of that phone conversation is for me to determine whether I think I can help you, and for you to determine whether you think I am the right person to help you. There is no charge for that phone conversation. If, after that conversation you would like me to help you, I will send you a letter confirming the conversation, along with a list of information and a list of what you should bring to our meeting.
2. OUR meeting
When we meet, our meeting will probably last about two to three hours. In that two hours, the first fifteen minutes of the meeting will be spent identifying your goals and objectives. After that I will:

Take information from you and examine the documents you bring to the meeting

Identify and explain your alternatives and the advantages and drawbacks to each

Recommend which alternative or combination of alternatives gives you the best chance of achieving the highest priority of your goals and objectives​​

I will answer all of your questions at any time during the meeting.
